Chair Fit

​Come and play while combining fitness with fun!

Chair Fit is for everyone from the beginner to those who want to maintain or improve health and fitness. We incorporate stretching, balance, cardio and strength. Bring a stable chair (no armed or wheeled chairs please) light weights, bands, and a 8-10" ball if you have them. If you don’t have them, no worries! We will improvise!


Sound Meditation

Go deep inside yourself and float in space at the same time. Deeply relax and let go of anxiety and fear. Let love fill and heal your body, mind, spirit and all aspects of your being. Just lie down and get comfortable. Let sounds of tingsha, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drum, tuning forks, rainstick, and voice guide you to a quiet place.
